So do those results surprise me with that hardware? No, not at all. That engine is one of the most optimized out there and when you put it in the hands of those that actually wrote it up guess what's going to happen? You're going to be able to play games on it with pretty outdated hardware. NWI didn't make the Unreal Engine nor do they have the amount of resources as EA does and did make the Frostbite engine. There is no reason that in this game that doesn't get close to BFV Graphics get 55Fps on 2k CPU usage is only ~30% while GPU usage is 80%+.
